GotYour Limited...
is for the purposes of the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 1998 ('the Act') the
Data Controller and is situated at 11A Cambridge Park, Wanstead, London E11, England.
The Act gives United Kingdom users the right to access information that is held
about them. Any access request may be subject to a fee of up to ?5.00 sterling to
meet GotYour Limited's administration costs in providing details of the information
that Got Your Limited holds about the requesting user.
The data that GotYour Limited collects from users may be stored and transferred
to place(s) outside the European Economic Area ('EEA') and may be processed by staff
that work for GotYour Limited outside the EEA. GotYour Limited staff may be for
example processing payments or providing support to users. By submitting your personal
data you are agreeing to the transfer, processing and storing of your personal data
outside the EEA.
GotYour Limited operates the site located at the url http://www.gotyour.com which has wide range of other services
that are collectively referred to as the "GotYour Services". This policy applies
to a "Visitor" (which means a person who browses the GotYour Services Website, but
has not registered) or a "Member" (which means a person who has registered with
GotYour Services). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member.
As part of the GotYour Services, members will register and set-up personal profiles
which contain personal information, including such things as:
• First name or first and last names of the Member (depending on the options
selected by the Member),
• Gender, age, birthdates, martial status and other, similar personal information,
• Occupation,
• Schools attended or companies with whom the Member is associated, •
Location (e.g., city and state), and
• Photos, videos or other shared content uploaded by the Member to his or her
profile, to the extent that it includes personal information,
• Mobile telephone number
If members are asked to submit sensitive personal data under the Act such as a member's
racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, physical or mental health or political
opinion GotYour Services will require your explicit consent before processing such
data by using an 'opt in' box.
Other Information Submitted by Members to GotYour Services
GotYour Services also collects Member-submitted account information such as name,
e-mail address and mobile telephone numbers, to identify Members and send notifications
related to the use of the GotYour Services. Before any notifications are sent to
mobile telephone numbers a verification code will be sent to the designated mobile
number in order to confirm the identity of the member at a cost detailed in the
GotYourSpace.com Terms of Use Agreement and/or at the time you sign up for such
notifications. However, no verification code is sent, and there is no verification
process, in connection with GotYour Services that are initiated via an SMS text
message from a Visitor or Member, such as the GotYourPriceCheck Service.
Users may reveal other personal information while communicating in other areas of
the GotYour Services, such as while attending online parties, participating in discussions
or groups, posting information or blogging. This information, in turn, might be
viewed, accessed and used by other Users for any purpose, including for purposes
of sending unsolicited communications. Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily
post information to any other public forums that that information can be accessed
by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
Information Not Directly Submitted by Users to GotYour Services
GotYour Services also collects some information from Users that is not personally
identifiable, such as browser type and IP address. This information is gathered
from all Users.
Use of Information Obtained by GotYour Services
Profile Information submitted by Members to GotYour Services
The personal information of a Member contained in his or her profile will be shown
to those people whom the Member chooses. Each Member has three options when choosing
the level of sharing of his or her profile. They are:
• "Friends" which consists only of that Member's friends,
• "Anyone" which is all Users of the GotYour Services, whether or not they
are Members.
• "No One" which means that your personal information is not shared with any
Users of the GotYour Services.
Please note that no matter which level of sharing is selected, your user name and
your photo will be visible to all Users of the GotYour Services.
Other Information Submitted by Members to GotYour Services
Except where a Member might choose to include a full name in his or her profile,
or authorizes disclosure of his or her e-mail, a Member's e-mail address and full
name will only be used in the following circumstances:
• When the Member invites a friend via e-mail to become a GotYour Services
Member,
• When the Member sends a request to another Member to add the other Member
to his or her friend list,
• When we send notifications to the Member relating to his or her use of the
GotYour Services, and
• If the Member so chooses, when we send regular notifications, weekly updates,
or other news regarding the GotYour Services.
Except when inviting or adding friends, a Member's e-mail address will never be
shared with or displayed to any other person unless the Member opts to have his
e-mail address shared on the registration page. Members and their friends, and other
Members within their personal networks (depending on the level of sharing a Member
has chosen) communicate on GotYour Services with each other through the GotYour
Services communication system, without disclosing e-mail addresses.
Information that Members do not submit to us
GotYour Services logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address,
profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from Users. This data
is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the GotYour Services. This
non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide
more relevant services and advertisements to Members. User IP addresses are recorded
for security and monitoring purposes
Sharing of the Information this Site Gathers and/or Tracks
Except as explained above, or where you are expressly informed otherwise, we do
not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information, unless
required by law or for the protection of your Membership. However, GotYour Services
may share profile information and aggregate usage information in a non-personally
identifiable manner with advertisers and other third parties in order to present
to Members and other Users of the GotYour Services more targeted advertising, products
and services. In such situations we will never disclose information that would personally
identify you.
Links
The GotYour Services Website contains links to other websites. This includes links
that are placed there by GotYour Services (such as in advertisements), and links
placed by GotYour Services Members. GotYour Services is not responsible for the
privacy practices of any other website or service. Users should be aware of when
they leave the GotYour Services website, and should read the privacy policies of
each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy
policy applies solely to information collected by GotYour Services
Use of Cookies
We use cookies on the GotYour Services website to store Users' preferences and to
record session information. The reason for using cookies includes, but is not limited
to, ensuring that Users are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements, and
to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type
and user profile information. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private
information from any User which they did not intentionally submit to us, other than
as stated in this Privacy Policy.
We use both "session ID cookies" and "persistent cookies." We use session ID cookies
to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when
you close you browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended

Editing and Removing Information
GotYourSpace.com:
You can change who may view your profile at GotYourSpace.com any time. You can change
these profile sharing settings by clicking the Edit Profile link located at http://www.gotyourspace.com/EditProfile.aspx. Also, you can
always change the personal information you've submitted to the GotYourSpace.com
website, including the information included in your personal profile, by clicking
the Control Panel link located on http://www.gotyourspace.com/ControlPanel.aspx.
Invitations
If a Member elects to use our Invitation feature to invite a friend to become a
Member of the GotYour Services service, we ask them for the friend's e-mail address.
GotYour Services will automatically send the friend an e-mail inviting them to join
the site. GotYour Services stores this e-mail address for invitation processing
functions, and also to send reminders of the invitation. GotYour Services will never
sell these e-mail addresses or use them to send any other communication besides
invitations and invitation reminders. Any person who receives an invitation may
contact GotYour Services at privacy@GotYour.com
to request the removal of this information from our database.
Security
The account of every Member is protected by a member-created password. While we
cannot guarantee the security of Member account information, GotYour Services takes
reasonable precautions to protect the information of its Members, as well as information
collected from other Users. We use industry standard or better measures to protect
all information that is stored on our servers and within our database. We limit
the access to this information to those employees who need access to perform their
job function such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. If you

E-mail Choice/Opt-out
Members who no longer wish to receive our e-mail updates or other e-mail notifications
may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the instructions contained
in the applicable e-mail or by logging-in and changing their account settings. In
compliance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations
2003, Members opting out will be removed entirely from our emails and SMS lists.
If you have submitted Personally Identifiable Information under more than one account
you will need to opt out of each account.
Third Party Advertising
Ads appearing on this Web site may be delivered to users by GotYour Services or
one of our Web advertising partners. Our Web advertising partners may set cookies.
These cookies allow the ad network to recognize your computer each time they send
you an online advertisement. In this way, the ad network may compile information
about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements
and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to

ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries as defined under section 736 of the
United Kingdom Companies Act 1985.
Changes in Our Privacy Policy
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our web site so Members
and other Users of the GotYour Services website are aware of what information we
collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If
we are going to use Members' or other Users' personally identifiable information
in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify
